Returns

We would like to inform you that our online shop accepts returns under the following conditions:

According to section 7 of our terms and conditions, as a buyer, you have the right to demand that products be repaired or replaced or that the purchase price be refunded in the event of defects or deviations. However, it is necessary for you to inspect the product upon delivery and report any defects or deviations within 7 days.

Please note that the guarantee does not apply to defects or damages caused by improper use, handling, storage or maintenance of the products, or normal wear and tear.

RETURN PROCESS
1. Fill out the return form
To initiate a return, you must fill out the return form that is included in your order and include it with the return shipment.

2. Create a return label

3. Return shipment
Attach the return label to the package in a visible spot and bring it to the nearest post office or pack station. Please note that we do not cover the costs for pickup.


REFUND
The refund will be issued to your originally used payment method. Original shipping costs, duties, taxes or fees will not be refunded. Once your return has been received and inspected, it usually takes 10-14 business days for the refund to be issued to your payment method.

All shipping costs associated with your order are non-refundable. In addition, we cannot refund any return or processing costs incurred by you in returning products.
