Our shipping is carried out from Monday to Friday, except on public holidays.

DHL Standard (2-3 BUSINESS DAYS)
5 € free shipping for orders over 250 € (Germany and Austria)
10 € free shipping for orders over 500 € (Switzerland / outside of Germany and Austria)

DHL Express (1-2 BUSINESS DAYS)
10 € free shipping for orders over 500 € (Germany and Austria)
25 € free shipping for orders over 1000 € (Switzerland / outside of Germany and Austria)

Delivery Times
The estimated delivery times start from the day of the order. We do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible, but cannot be held responsible for delays due to remote delivery locations or bad weather conditions.

General Shipping Information
All orders are delivered via DHL.

Please make sure to provide accurate billing and shipping addresses when placing your order, as we cannot forward them. Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.

To deliver your order, we may need to confirm your information with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep any delays to a minimum.
